A NEW PAPER PUBLISHED BY OXFORD UNIVERSITY’S CENTER FOR BUSINESS TAXATION DISCUSSES – AND IN THE END SUPPORTS – THE IDEA OF A SPECIAL TAX LEVIED ON THOSE WHO DECLINE TO BE “VACCINATED” AGAINST “COVID19”.
