This Thursday, March 30th, in our continuing series of extra shows connected to the big event March 31st, we are honored to be visited by top vaccine law attorney Robert Moxley (www.robertmoxleylaw.com) (revolution4truth.com). Mr. Moxley practiced in the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Program from its inception in 1988, for over 25 years. He was personally involved in over one hundred vaccine injury cases, including omnibus proceedings where he was lead counsel. This extensive vaccine practice led to a Civil Rights practice as well, representing parents and families in the vindication of the right to religious and conscientious objection to mandatory vaccination. This has big implications in our efforts to keep both kids and adults free from the threat of mandatory vaccines.
Mr. Moxley obtained reversal in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals of the denial of compensation to a vaccine injured child in the case that went to the United States Supreme Court as Shalala v. Whitecotton. It was the only Vaccine Act case to be argued before the United States Supreme Court, until Sebelius v. Cloer, in 2013, where Mr. Moxley was co-counsel for the vaccine injured petitioner, and guided the attorneys fees litigation that the Supreme Court upheld on review against the government’s objection.
Attorneys like Robert Moxley represent a major hope for America, to avoid a future of universal forced vaccination, in a country founded on the idea that government’s main function is protecting individual freedom. I think you’ll find our discussion to be incredibly relevant and educational, and like me you will be encouraged that there are attorneys like Robert Moxley whose skill is matched by his genuine care for the well being and future of humanity.
Join me, your host Richard Sacks, every week for fascinating discussions, amazing guests and useful information that you will not want to miss. If you want to support the work of Lost Arts Research Institute, please donate to our efforts at www.lostartsresearchinstitute.org, and tell others about the show. Also, even if you don’t have money available to donate to our work (and I don’t want you to donate money you need for yourself or your family), we have a new way now for you to help us if you want to. When you shop at Amazon for anything, instead of going to their usual website, go to smile.amazon.com. You can do all the same shopping at exactly the same prices. But 1/2% of what you spend goes to help our work. It will ask you what IRS-approved non-profit you want to support, and just choose “Lost Arts Research Institute” in Sedona, Arizona. It won’t cost you anything, and it will help us keep going.
The Institute web site is still being developed, and deals with the work and larger project of the Research Institute, which we hope those with sufficient resources will support with donations that are now 100% tax deductible. The Institute is the entity that will build and run the educational facility where principles of health and consciousness can be demonstrated and experienced.
On the radio show website (www.lostartsradio.com) you will find links to the radio show archives, our articles, educational resources, announcements, the discussion Forum, and more. You can also sign up for our free newsletter.
Thanks for being part of our family and we look forward to being with you on our next show. Feel free to communicate your comments and suggestions to me any time – I will read them all and respond as time permits.
