Let me be quite clear: I do not love my mask. But irony is a great way to make the point clear and this young woman, whomever she is, has done so brilliantly!
When I copied the link to this brilliant video, along came a very important quote by brilliant author and activist, Hannah Arendt. It is true. No one has the RIGHT to obey when the order is wrong.
Because I do not love my mask, nor love yours, I have designed a number of masks which do not impede oxygen flow for those times when it is not worth the bother of fighting the unscientific idiocy about masks and viruses (really? Maybe you could use the same logic and wear a football helmet to protect you against cancer!) They are available at www.NSFMarketplace.com. And, at the same place you will find two Advance Directive Cards:
1. The Advance Vaccine Directive Card which asserts your internationally and nationally protected right to refuse any and all medical procedures that you do not wish to accept, and,
2. The Advance Sanitary Masking Directive Card which asserts your right, specifically in the US, under the Americans with Disabilities Act to protect your ability to breathe without a mask.
In both cases you are asserting your Right of Informed Consent.
The Advance Vaccine Directive Card asserts that right under International Law and the required National Law that must follow from it in any country which has ratified the Geneva Convention. And, happily, that is pretty much every country in the world.
The Advance Sanitary Masking Directive Card specifically asserts that right under a US Law which does not, ad far as I know, fall under an internationally protected right but is mirrored by laws in most parts of the world. The Americans With Disability Act and the matching State and Local regulations states clearly that if you have a medical issue, you must be accommodated in the least restrictive way possible without being challenged or forced to reveal your medical status or situation. And, in fact, CDC goes so far in its [preposterous] masking guidelines as to explicitly exempt people whose breathing is an issue for them if masked.
But, although you have the Right of Informed Consent in these and all other medical matters, sad to say, if you do not assert that right correctly, it is deemed waived, that is, cancelled as if you had never sought to invoke it.
That’s why the Board of Trustees of the Natural Solutions Foundation have created these two useful tools.
Use them. As General Bert Stubblebine III, Founding President of the Foundation said so wisely, “Informed Consent is the defining issue of the 21st Century”.
