In an article this afternoon USA Today [1] reports on Pfizer Company’s efforts to obtain an “Emergency Use Authorization” (EUA) for its COVID vaccines amid fears of side-effects [2] while dire, alleged COVID statistics continue to pile on:

The U.S. reported more than 3,000 COVID-19 deaths for the first time Wednesday, a single-day toll worse than 9/11. The Johns Hopkins University data dashboard reported 3,124 deaths, breaking a record of 2,885 set just last week.

This revelation is followed by a litany of other COVID news:

— A CDC scientist told a House committee that she was ordered to destroy an email regarding attempts by political appointees to interfere with the publication of weekly CDC reports.
— The European Union agency responsible for approving vaccines said it has been the subject of a cyberattack. The European Medicines Agency said it “swiftly launched an investigation” but provided no details.
— The number of people applying for unemployment aid jumped last week to 853,000, the most since September. Before the coronavirus paralyzed the economy in March, weekly jobless claims typically numbered only about 225,000.
— Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam has imposed an overnight curfew, starting at 12:01 a.m. Monday. The midnight-5 a.m. curfew will go into effect for everyone who is not commuting to and from work. Northam is calling it a “modified” stay-at-home order.

The devastation that the lockdown is causing is clear from these developments; at the same time, tens of millions of COVID tests show most people exposed to the disease never develop symptoms and that only a very tiny percentage develop conditions that lead to death. At the same time draconian lockdown demands continue to be uttered by the political class, while well-known politicians flout the very rules they demand compliance with.

Some health care commentators fear [3] that lockdowns and abolition of the holiday season will only delay the development of the community immunity that will signal that COVID-19, like all previous disease outbreaks, will attenuate and become part of the human biome background, no longer giving rise to an excuse of hysteria.

Our courts, and some in Europe, have held that all vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe.” Where there is risk, there must be free choice. Asserting your right to Informed Consent [4] is a powerful way to tell “them” — “Don’t You Dare!”
