The attached White Paper outlines how the Social Media Freedom Foundation [1] expects to challenge Section 230 of the Telecommunications Act, the statute that some courts have held to give Big Tech uncontrolled power over our communications. A year ago I submitted public comments to the Federal Communications Commission about Section 230 from a different perspective, suggesting how it does not give unlimited power to even private entities acting under color of law [2] but I consider this constitutional challenge to be a very interesting effort to secure our Freedom of Communication.
